At Galia Lahav, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if your luxury garment is not a perfect fit, we offer a seamless return process for eligible unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made couture and final sale items are non-returnable due to their bespoke nature.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Verification
Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all security tags and designer labels still intact.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original Galia Lahav packaging and affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via our portal.
Refund Processing
Once our atelier inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
